I noticed a new coat of paint in the hallways and a new set of shelves in the main entrance to reduce package clutter. Tom even caught me to discuss these issues in person and to update me on the progress of any ongoing work. Truly the best and most attentive property manager I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Still love living here! I am so happy to live here! Tom Mesters the property manager has done so much for the living experience here! The management team is quick and responsive, super accommodating and generally really pleasant to interact with. Sarah in the leasing office is WONDERFUL and solution oriented when there’s been any issue in my building/parking. It is an older complex but my unit has been updated with great appliances. The maintenance team is awesome, shout-out to Francisco immediately responded to my call when there seemed to be some leak issues and worked around my scheduled to make sure the work was done efficiently.
