“Jennifer and the Front Door Realty Group are amazing! We were in a rush to find a place, and she was very helpful from the start. We were trying to find a new place to rent, and she worked with us, despite having lower credit. To be fair here, we did pay extra in our security deposit, but we did it gladly. And she did not disappoint us. During our time there, we had minimal issues. The house was amazing as expected. When we had a gutter issue, she sent someone over within a couple days. Our water system (tank I believe, but I am not familiar with plumbing) caused our pressure to get low, but she had someone out immediately to take care of it. Otherwise we had no issues. Anytime something came up that needed their attention, they responded quick and took care of it. When we decided to leave our rental early, she was there helping us. We had decided to move to NC. We were up front with her, and explained our situation, and she responded professionally. Gave her a fair heads up on when we were leaving, and she helped us make it work Ultimately, She was there to the end. We did receive our deposit back, having left the place in similar condition to when we started. There was no fight or debate over anything. Just mutual acceptance. That was a relief to me. Personal opinion: I have spent many years renting places to live. She has been one of the best people to rent from. I have been in places that don't care about your issues, use every excuse to take money, or just don't respond. She was none of those. She was friendly, professional, helpful, responsive, and just there when we needed her, even if it was simply because the neighbors wanted to redo all of our mailboxes. She understood we had lives, and wanted a home, and that home might change over time, and did. I will always appreciate that.”
