“Wish we hadn't left! We lived here for only 6 months in a first floor one bedroom unit and we had a few unit specific issues, such as noisy upstairs neighbors. We did notify management and the noise was greatly reduced. Otherwise it was a GREAT community, very safe, friendly, well planned, and clean. We're now living in a brand new complex in Holly Springs and we've had nothing but issues with shoddy construction, we hate our new place and if moving wasn't such a hassle we'd be right back at Trellis!”

“My parents moved from Arizona to the Conservatory in Plano in late 2021. Shequila and Michael are warm and accommodating and helped our family pick the right accommodations. Their attention to detail and hard work helped make the transition effortless. The Conservatory is beautifully appointed and provides multiple offerings (movie theater, heated outdoor pool, beauty salon, fitness center, beautiful and spacious dining room, etc.) to make it an all-inclusive facility. The apartments are spacious and well kept. All the staff from maintenance to housekeeping to food service are responsive and friendly. There is a doctor who visits the facility weekly which makes it super easy to ensure that my parents are well looked after. The van and car service gives them the flexibility and freedom to leave the community for various reasons. Overall, we are very pleased that we chose the Conservatory.”

“Beautiful Clearwater condo!! This condo is beautiful and in a great location. We walked everywhere in Clearwater. Also, enjoyed watching dolphins from balcony. Patricia and Steve were great to work with, they are just a phone call away if you need anything. My family had a wonderful break from our Michigan cold weather. We met several families at pool who have been coming to this condo complex for years. They all said they wouldn’t stay anywhere else if your looking for a 3 bedroom condo.”
