“We went for breakfast and we could not eat for the rest of the day. Tomorrow is iffy as well. The food is really good, the service is great, and the portions are out of this world gargantuan. The prices are fine. For instance, I chose Hungry Man, consisting of 3 perfectly cooked basted eggs, 2 wonderfully fluffy plate-sized pancakes, 2 thick sausage links, half order of biscuits and gravy and hash browns, for the variety. I would order it again, but I would ask for one egg, one pancake, and one link and still be happy to pay full price. They could modify it and call it Hungry Man Mini. Hubby had the Meat Lover's Skillet and could not finish it. Make plans to take home leftovers. Breakfast is available the entire time they are open which is until 2pm. Normally we have a wait, but 11am on a Friday got us right in. This place is popular and more than worth the high ratings it gets.”

“We attended a work Christmas party here at this venue on Tuesday night. The place was decorated very beautifully for the holidays, which made that a nice entrance into the building. The Valet guys were very nice and the car was treated well. The party room we were in was a nice sized room, although the lights were a little too bright for the event. The food was a good selection of different types of dishes, buffet style. Bartender was very nice and helpful. our DJ was very good. The staff at the party were all pretty nice. Someone at the party dropped a glass and it broke and they cleaned it up very quickly and safely. And were very nice about it. The outside areas are very pretty with fireplaces and outside seating. All in all, it was a nice evening and was enjoyable.”

“This is a very quick and convenient location. They grab a quick slice amongst the variety of great pizzas. They serve on a New York style crust, but they are very generous with the toppings. I especially love the margarita pizza, which was rich with mozzarella and tomato. I would recommend getting a full pizza made fresh from scratch versus getting by the slice unless you're in a hurry and wanting a quick bite. If you are looking to cool off, the Lemon Ice will do the trick. You're going to want to be able to find a parking lot and to this location, there is street meter parking available but it's more than likely full during the day. That being said, it's an easy walk from anywhere in Laguna Beach.”

Warning signs by each table. I would guess that includes the ice in the mixed drinks. (Reminds me of Mexico.) And, do not, under any circumstances not involving death by starvation, do not order a hamburger. It's pizza and beer only. Don't say you weren't warned. Get a deep dish pizza, and you could probably feed a family of four. Head straight west from the Seven Mile Mini Mart on US-81, when you run out of pavement, your there.”

Interestingly, my cutlet seemed huge compared to other reviewers, maybe because it was smasher thinner which I really liked. Great mix of textures with the crispy pork, soft rice, and rich gravy. I've found another day-off comfort meal for sure! My family got sushi which they seemed to love, and we shared the vegetable tempora appetizer, which I really enjoyed. Don't miss this spot out!”
