“For Sunday night dinner we were looking for a place to have dinner and we searched around us. We ordered online through doordash and picked up the order from Osaka Express. We picked up the order in 10-15 minutes and it was ready. Every food we ordered was hot and seems like it was freshly made. For the dinner we ordered Fried Gyoza, Miso Soup, Krab Rangoon, Hibachi Chicken with Rice, Hibachi Shrimp with Rice and Hibachi Shrimp with Noodles. First we started with soup, gyoza and krab rangoon. All the food items were tasty and delicious especially krab rangoon. It was freshly cooked and amazing. Then we started with Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp. We loved our food and food was delicious and tasty. Loved the food and service.”

I ordered the Chicken & Shrimp Combo & my daughter had the Fried Talapia Dinner, along with the Pineapple Lemonade & Blue Raspberry Lemonade. LISTEN!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious, fresh & hot and the staff was very friendly!!!!!!!! I don’t have a single complaint. I’m not even a Talapia fan, but my daughter’s Talapia was definitely a hit for me. I will definitely be returning back and FREQUENTLY for sure!!!! I hate I didn’t get to take a picture of my daughter’s Talapia Dinner, but I would recommend it!”

“So, as always, I like to write a review of my first visit to a place. I was greeted by the manager and other employees as soon as I opened the door and entered. The ambiance is warm. laid-back and, of course a welcoming art deco flair. The prices are surprisingly affordable and in large portion. I ordered the Mediterranean chicken sandwich, and I had no clue it came with a side of tangerine salad. The sandwich was delicious, and yes, it comes in two reasonable pieces, so I had enough to take home. I award Carmen, Eduardo, Alejandro, Maria, Jaciel, Carolina, and Gina 5 stars for their outstanding VIP service in addition to the delectable cuisine and the cleanliness of the whole restaurant! 5 stars to the manager whom gave acknowledgment to all his team members when I had asked for who to thank. GREATLY APPRECIATE the larger coarser cut of the cabbage as the finely cut cabbage does not hold up appropriately to the intention of the dish. The veggies were sublimely cooked with edible tenderness and a nutritious subtle crunch that indicates the nutrients were still intact. The color of each item was fresh and appetizing. All of the ingredients were fresh, unblemished, and of high quality. So, let’s get into this protein. Who ever is back there needs a medal because all three meats were absolutely impressive. The steak and chicken tenderization methods are out of this world. The steak was cooked medium, but still managed to be so tender, it was like biting into a burger pattie. The flavor not overwhelming with expected south East Asian staple flavors; rather all of them were just present enough to compliment the flavor and texture of the meat. Simply outstanding. Reminiscing on the flavor of the leftovers I just ate 20 mins ago. The chicken does the same. Actually zoomed in on a thicker piece to check if it was fully cooked. And it was! AND it had a nice deep golden brown pan sear! (COME TO THINK OF IT SO DID THE STEAK!) And, In the same fashion as steak, it was tender as can be. Loaded with the same subtle and delicious sauce flavor. Than the shrimp. You know that snappy tender shrimp bursting with fresh-not-frozen flavor? Yep this is one of the spots that has the fresh pan seared juicy shrimp with the snappy golden skin that kinda peels up and turns golden and crispy in the pan sear…. It had that y’all… The noodles were bomb! Cause they had that subtle sauce soaked into them loaded with the umami from the meats and seared veggies. So delicious! And these leftovers y’all… it’s as great as you think it is. ☺️✨🤤💕”

It came with a side of potato wedges, salad and a drink. It took 40 minutes for my friends and I to get our food, but the staff were so nice. And we were able to chill and talk while we waited. We also got free cheesy bread (which I 100% recommend, it was delicious!). Urbansubs is located inside Mama Mia Pizza. They will also give you gloves with your order. Which helps prevent oily foods from getting all over your hands.”

Even the fellow patrons there were conversing at different tables to give you an idea of the laid back atmosphere. Traveled 30 minutes to get there and it was well worth the trip. All the fried items in particular were not greasy and were flavorful (the calamari practically disappeared the moment it arrived to our table - delicious). Highly recommend the sisig if you are unsure of what to get. We were very happy with this first trip and look forward to returning!”
