I’m not sure if the owner was there (assuming this is a franchise) or if it was the manager but there was an older man there and he was steadily working and giving instructions to the young people that work there. “We went in for lunch today. We arrived just as they opened. We were greeted and seated right away. We both enjoyed our lunch. It was hot and fresh and was served really quickly! I got the chicken chimichonga off the lunch menu. It came with rice and beans and Pico. My husband ordered a 3 chimichonga platter, one steak, one chicken, one shrimp. He was on an hour lunch break from work, and we were served in that time with no problem. It is really cute inside and very clean! We will definitely go back and try some other things! And the ragoon fries mentioned. They both tasted amazing. Awesome flavor and it is unique to me. I believe it’s worth every cent paid for a tasty and filling meal such as this. I don’t think there is anything the chef can do to prevent that sogging. The meat is very juicy and the sauces used. The bun was toasted to perfection. Reminds me of rare steak burgers. “I stopped by on 12/14 during my work break. In the past, I would order Vietnamese Coffee and croissants at there Orange County locations. This time I wanted to try for the first time the Grilled Pork Asian Sandwich. I had them make it with light meat and light mayo. I also ordered 2 Strawberry Smoothies. I enjoyed my Sandwich because the bread was warm and it was made fresh. The slice Jalapeño and the cilantro added that extra flavor for me. There is no seating inside the facility as of yet so it's either carry out or if the weather is nice you can sit out at what few tables and chairs they do have however I will tell you they still do not have a public restroom for their customers if you happen to stay there and eat you do have to go down the street to another nearby business. Brisket salad was not bad at all like the fact that they did offer specialty dressings of your choice. The fries were nice and hot and they are seasoned without being overly seasoned. Didn't get to get any of their barbecued ribs they were sold out but definitely will go back in the future when that way. The deep fried pickles 🥒 r BIG , hot and taste kosher.”
