Front of house was communicating very well with back of house! Things flowing smoothly. Only one suggestion from this "Mystery" guest. Have decks where bowlers can place their bags off the floor. “Quaint little spot located just off the gaming floor at Mountaineer Casino, Racetrack & Resort. They make breakfast & sandwich items to order for consumption on site or to go. They offer 'Starbucks' coffee (personally not a fan of their products) and Coca-Cola products (big thumbs up from me). I had the "Big Al's Italian" sandwich, side of potato salad, pickle spear, & of course, an ice cold Coke. Asked for lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, & mayo on the sub after it was toasted and received just what I requested. They don't skimp on the items either. They offer many other toppings to choose from when you customize your made to order sandwich. I was very satisfied with the service I received, as well as the order I received. I'd give the sandwich alone a rating of ten (10), and the potato salad was amazing as well! Highly recommended based on this visit.”

“First time visiting location. I usually order delivery. We had a special reason to visit in person. We found a pretty painted rock in town earlier in the week. Didn't think anything of it. Neighbor kid shows me that on the back of rock it reads, "if found return to Grandma's pizza" He tell me that you win free food/drinks when you return the rock. You spin a numbered prize wheel and then you can use your free item then or later up to you! Cool I keep looking for more painted rocks that were put in town in various places.”

“The food was good, the turkey sausage was overcooked. My peach pecan pancakes were light and there was no problem finding peach or pecans. They warm the syrup and sent out soft butter. The home fried potatoes were good and I had them add onion and green pepper. They had some coffee creamer that was a nice addition to my fresh brewed coffee. I'm not a fan of high tables. They had some low tables in the back which were perfect if you are short or need more room. My sister had the Italiano breakfast wrap and it came with home fries. Nice clean, cozy restaurant with good food. Service was awesome! We will come during lunchtime, I'd like to try some of their soups.”
