“I chose the Cobb salad without cheese and croutons. My dressing choice was balsamic vinaigrette. The salad was huge with a lot of grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions. We stopped by with a party of four on Friday night at 8 o’clock, and the place was packed. We found a seat over by the Kino section, and our server was very prompt. She brought our drinks in matter of minutes, and took our order as well. With the place being packed, we only had to wait 8 minutes for our food.”

“I brought a group of 52 people from the Riverside Club Golf and Marina Community in Ruskin to spend the evening at PopStroke. Some went right out and played the two different putt courses and the others went in to eat. They have an upstairs bar and two bars downstairs all with TVs to watch sports games. They have a play area for kids like a jungle gym. They also have two foosball tables, two ping-bong tables, and two cornhole games. You can order drinks while you're on the putt courses and one of the many helpers will bring it to you.”

“The portions are large, but the cost of each plate is high. As far as atmosphere goes it's beautiful, but it is very loud inside the restaurant. Sound carries and echos over everything, so you have to shout to carry on a conversation. Not a great place if you want to hear your date, but if you're going out with a group of friends (that will probably be loud anyway) it's a good stop. I got the Prime Pub Salad, which was overdressed and underseasoned. I did like the variety of ingredients in the bowl, however. I enjoy a lot of different textures in my salads. My fiancé got the French dip, which he said was phenomenal. The tots that came with it were average. It's not a place that we will be dying to go back to, but would go again if friends wanted us to join them.”

“I have enjoyed dining here over the years and I’m so glad that I was able to make it in on the last day of business for the original owner, to buy some of my favorite choices! The selection of counter displayed pizza slices has always been enticing and freshly prepared and there is a delicious and varied selection of soups, salads and pasta dishes too. Also, I can’t forget the wonderful Bindi dessert choices. The restaurant dining area is beautiful with plenty of comfortable seating, wall mounted TVs and the entrance is handicap accessible. Located in a busy shopping center, there is lots of free parking available. Although the original owner is retiring (May 20, 2023) the new owners said they will continue to serve the same wonderful food, use the same recipes and have the same friendly and efficient staff (which is great to hear) so I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer!”

However there were a few areas where they could improve. Let's start with the positives. The food at Signature Kabab and Grill is exceptional. The flavors are rich and authentic and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. I particularly enjoyed their kebabs which were juicy and perfectly seasoned. The menu also offers a good selection of vegetarian options which is a plus. The portion sizes were generous and the presentation was visually appealing. The service staff were polite and accommodating from the moment we arrived to the end of our meal. They were attentive to our needs and our orders came out in a timely manner. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and happy to make recommendations. Overall the service added to the positive dining experience. Now onto the areas where Signature Kabab and Grill could improve. Firstly the ambiance of the restaurant could use some work. While the interior was clean and well-maintained the decor felt a bit outdated. A modern touch or some renovations could enhance the dining atmosphere. Lastly while the menu offered a decent variety of dishes I felt that there could be more options for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences. Expanding the menu to include more vegan or gluten-free options would be a welcomed addition. In conclusion Signature Kabab and Grill is a restaurant with excellent food and attentive service. Despite a few areas for improvement my dining experience was enjoyable. With some updates to the ambiance consistency in food preparation and an expanded menu this restaurant has the potential to become even better. I would recommend giving it a try if you're in the mood for flavorful kababs and a friendly dining experience.”

Not a combo I ever would have expected but one I'll go back for again and again. The creamy chicken in cobijas was my choice and I loved it. Cobijas is apparently a cheese? These were, overly simplified, chicken enchiladas with black beans and rice. The plate is a symphony of skinless seared/grilled chicken that has a delicious slight crunch to it, wrapped in homemade corn tortillas and surrounded by white cheese and what tasted like a green creamy tomatillo sauce. Whatever it is? It was delectable. Everyone loved their apps and entrees. Service was relaxed, extremely warm, and friendly. Just go, you won't regret a thing.”

“So my mother calls me and tells me that I have to try out this new place. Well my mother never says anything is good. So I knew I had to try it. She told me that she had gone to the one in Harvey. My friend had recently told me about her awesome experience at the Orland Park location and since I live closer to Orland I decided to give it a try. Debits (the assistant manager) was very nice caring and professional. I’m not sure that I have her name right, but her daughter is a cashier. Everyone who worked on that day was nice and friendly and the food was really good. I had the Lamb Chops and my husband had the Ribeye steak and he was able to cut it with a butter knife. The food was flavorful and cooked just right. Next time I will have a steak.”
