Save your money for Boston. Other than that, the BLT was a step above what you make at home. Chicken Alfredo was slightly above average. Service was attentive and friendly. Fish was butter soft, prime rib with the salt crust was delicious, Braised short ribs tasted marinated in something like a teriyaki, not my favorite but tasty. We were serenaded by a pianist while we ate. She was good. Played some Stevie Wonder, John Mayer, even some Michael Jackson! Overall I'll be back. It's a must when visiting Rivers Casino.”

I go there almost once a week to buy their pork Al Pastor meat - recognizable by the orange/red coloring and chunks of pineapple and onion. This is the BEST in the valley, and other Mexican stores can't even compare. Get away from boring grocery store taco seasoning packets and head to this delightful place the next time you want to have some LEGIT Mexican food!”

“Stopped in on our trip through Oklahoma. The food was delightful and delicious. For small town, Oklahoma, this food reminded my Mexican husband of Mexico! The milanesa rivaled that of many of his hometown (in) Mexico restaurants. The Enchiladas Velacruz were delicious. The grilled shrimp were cooked deliciously, and the sauce was very enjoyable. I honestly wish there was a touch more sauce... but i didn't ask for more, so that is on me. The restaurant was clean and tidy. Friendly staff and attentive service. The waiter didn't miss a beat when my husband spoke Spanish. I left an item on the table, and it was caught quickly and returned. Overall a great meal & we would return in a heartbeat 💓.”

“We were craving Chinese takeout tonight and I didn't feel like driving to our favorite restaurant, (Fire Wok), at Vilano Beach. I remembered reading that a new family from Chicago took over the China Wok in the Winn-Dixie North Plaza and decided to give them a try. I was honestly a little nervous as this place used to have, IMO, the worst Chinese food in all of St. Augustine. I have given them a few chances over the years and the food was always terrible. Our experience tonight was totally different. When I went in to pick up our order I noticed the restaurant was extremely clean and repainted with murals on the walls, (a huge difference from before as it always appeared dingy). The lady who gave me my my order was also extremely kind. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup,(extra spicy), Egg drop and Wonton Soup, Beef with Broccoli and Szechuan Beef, (extra spicy). What a huge difference from before! Every single thing we ate was delicious...they even made my dishes extra spicy as requested. The included egg rolls were obviously hand made, flavorful and not greasy at all. I'm happy we decided to give this place another try and would recommend it based on tonight's experience.”
