My liver and onions were perfect with a large portion. The hubby's cheese burger was delicious and he liked the spiced fries that came with. Sadly the peach pie had good flavor but the crust was not fully cooked; soggy? The lemon meringue had great flavor, but the crust wasn't quite right. I would have eaten all of it if I wasn't stuffed from the liver.”

They have a bunch of other non pho stuff which makes sense to stay competitive w other businesses. That’s probably the “hub” part of the name… 4 star for the pho broth and cool people.”

I appreciated her recommendations for appetizers although we did not get any this time. I ordered the tacos de asada. The food came out quickly and was presented well. The flavor was superb. The meat was cooked well and was tender. It was skillfully seasoned without being overbearing and drowning out the other flavors. While the tortillas were not exceptional and didn't stand out, they did compliment the meat very well. Accompanied with cilantro, radish, cucumber and avocado over all the dish was excellent and worthy of a review. While empty during our visit, the hostess/waitress accomplished making us feel welcomed. Fast and attentive service along with great food will definitely earn another visit from my wife and I.”

However I do believe they should put more fish in the $11 plate because there are only four small pieces in there. I'm sure they could afford to give you a couple of more pieces because they ARE small. I ordered the all you can eat and when they first bring out the fish, there are some decent little chunks in there. The second go around it's like they give you the Tails of the fish and it's mostly crust. I had to ask for chunkier fish. I also had to sneak a couple of pieces to my spouse because all she got on her $11 plate was 4 tiny pieces.”
