The food is incredible, it also has tons of food trucks available, live music, performances, and an eccentric yet chill vibe. We were traveling through, I had to pee, and my husband was hungry, so I picked the next place up the road, and it just happened to be Mingo's. I ordered the Zucchini planks for an appetizer, and I swear I got the whole Zucchini !! Definitely enough for two. Cooked to golden perfection, served with parmesean cheese. Delicious. My husband ordered one of the specials. A chicken bacon ranch hoagie. Omgoodness. It and the fries made up a huge portion of what my husband said was pure delight. He only managed to eat half, but he wasn't willing to leave the other half behind, so that says something for him. I got the fish nugget meal, and again, I ate half and took half home. I am super picky about my coleslaw, and I swear I could have eaten just that it was so good !! Crisp and saucy, just like Mama made !!! The gentleman who waited on us, maybe the owner, but if not, certainly a man who takes pride in his job/establishment was great. Overall, I recommend this place 100%. Do not let the sketch/industrial area keep you from stopping in. It's clean, spacious, and delightful. You will NOT be disappointed.”

“This is a great place for BBQ! I had the pulled pork dinner with fries, baked beans, and cole slaw. The pulled pork was definitely my favorite part of the meal, but everything was really good! There is a good amount of meat in the baked beans also. The meal was very good and filling! The bread that is made fresh is also amazing and a must have! I also have to mention how friendly and helpful the owner is. He even brought out samples for us to try! We will definitely be visiting here often!”

Everyone here is kind and works hard to meet everyone's needs. I usually order the quesadillas "al pastor". They are often a bit greasy but for just $9 a plate the flavor that the cheese, meat and tortilla leaves just makes you want to take another bite. I often end up downing the whole thing in a few minutes but be warned some of the items here, the quesadillas included, have big portion sizes. For those who are looking to just try it out, don't want to pay too much, don't want anything greasy and don't want to order something they cannot finish, I highly recommend the grandma quesadillas. For only $5 it has cheese meat and a side of sautéed onions all stuffed in a corn tortilla. Also try the tacos, they are a bit small but if you get a plate of four tacos it makes up for it, it's been a while since I ordered the tacos but last I remember they were $1.75 each taco. Tiny tacos which are packed with meat and chile in a small corn tortilla.”

“I visited here on 1/22/21 around 9:15pm solely to use the bathroom. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. You couldnt use the paper towels, there was tissue on the floor, and there was water bottles around the toilet. While I was leaving and taking pictures, I heard the cashier and a customer talking about the mega millions jackpot, which there is a drawing tonight and the jackpot is $1 billion! I don’t think imma win, at all... but hey, if I don’t play, I’ll 100% won’t win. I bought 5 tickets lol. They are $2 a piece. This is the first time I’ve ever played the lottery besides scratch off tickets. The location is a quick detour off the highway.
