“What a hidden gem of a restaurant with amazing cuisine, great atmosphere and exceptional service. Jenna was our waitress and she did an excellent job. We started with fried mushrooms. Also we had the chicken artichoke with capers in a lemon butter sauce which was so delicious. We also had the rib eye steak which was perfectly prepared. Also we had the pina colada cake which was scrumptious and sweet. They have outdoor seating and sometimes have live music. Overall, we had an wonderful experience. I would highly recommend.”

“Came in here tonight with wife after leaving a local Thai restaurant due to some server issues. Glad we came in. It's a walkup counter smaller restaurant with about 8 tables. Ordered food at counter, wife had Mongolian beef with wonton soup, and I had curry beef (not Thai yellow curry, but regular yellow curry) with steamed rice, egg drop soup and spring rolls. Food came out very quick even though there was a steady flow of to go orders being called in, picked up, and walkins. Wife said her wonton and entree were very good. My curry beef was delicious flavored and cooked perfect, and I really have no complaints except to say they could add more curry sauce to give it some moisture and added flavor, but again the taste was excellent. Egg drop soup was standard and good, crunchy noodles for soup were not stale; spring rolls were very hot but fresh and delicious. I was given egg rolls also but I haven't tried then yet, as they give you such large portions you will most likely be bringing some left overs home. So all in all a great experience. Fast service, great good, friendly staff, great prices. Am giving 4 stars for now due to slightly dry but still tasty curry, and when we come back if everything is still the same or better I will upgrade to 5 star. Definitely recommend.”

“Went to A & W on 4-21-21 @ 5:20 PM thru the drive thru. Was told I would have to wait for another 5 min due to fish coming out of the fryer. Instructed to pull out in the parking lot and park in the area I was instructed to pull into. I parked and waited at least 15 to 20 min and still no food. I walked up close to the drive thru window to see what was going on, still no food for another 5 to 10 min, and the drive thru line was growing to at least 7 to 10 cars cars in the line. Finally a waitress came out and brought us our food. She said the order was correct, which it wasn't, it was lacking the side I had ordered. And she said that the fryer had broke down and sorry for the inconvenience. Got home and the fish was all dried out and was like shoe leather, no sides and my hamburger bun was blackened on the top and bottom. The fries were all dried out and cold. Why couldn't the employees be truthful with their customers. I would have gladly liked my money back and would have went somewhere else. Oh well, I guess they will continue to get bad reviews, and continue to lose their customers like me.”

Still super moist, tender, good smoke ring and not over seasoned. Great cook on it. The sausage was very good. Not super juicy but flavored well. Pinto beans were amazing with pork fat & seasoning - as we're fresh green beans-not over cooked & had tomatoes in. Tea was also great. Go to this place, you won't be disappointed. Lunch line was literally out the door. It's a drive, but worth it!”

Food quality and amount is good, we got a baleada (flour tortilla filled w eggs , beans, cheese and C.A. cream. Pollo chuko, a crispy fried piece of chicken served on top of a bed of cabbage salad and topped w a pink mayo sauce, another plate with grilled steak. Coffee was GOOD, we are coffee lovers and it had a smooth flavor and it was freshly brewed. Now here is why I give it a 4 star, the pupusa was not as expected the curtido (slaw) was nothing like an original recipe, I will just order their traditional dishes. Prices are fair, we’ll be supporting their business we’ll be coming back 😊 I’m looking forward for a C.A. soup that they make on the weekends!”
