“First time visiting club 60. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly staff. Ordered the fish fry and was very pleased. The three piece cod was lightly breaded, crispy and not greasy, the fish was plump and flaky. The salad bar was fully stocked and delicious. The side of steamed broccoli was perfectly cooked. The soups were French Onion and cheesy potato. Both were to die for. I have to say the Friday fish fry here has now moved toward the top of my most favorite list. We drove 35 minutes to get here and it was well worth it.”

“We ordered delivery with low expectations. However, this Domino's really stepped up. Our whole order was delicious! It arrived hot, and the delivery person was very pleasant. We ordered 3 different pastas in bread bowls and parmesan bread bites! They were thoughtful & provided forks (2 should have been 3 tho) and napkins. For a big chain pizza place that isn't always consistent in their quality... this particular location blew it outta the water. We were pleasantly surprised & definitely enjoyed our meal. “I've finally gotten around to visiting this place after following them on social media. It's a small place that's more appropriate for takeout rather than dining in. Very clean establishment and the staff were welcoming and friendly. We decided to walkin and order rather than ordering online. We had to wait for about 10-15 mins or so after placing our order, which isn't bad considering they had a steady stream of customers picking up food or ordering takeout like us. If you're pressed for time, I would suggest ordering online. We brought our food home and it was very good. We had the garlic noodles and pork sisig with, of course, the pork lumpia. We split it between 3 people and still had leftovers. My husband had the gulaman refresher drink. We thought it was good and not too sweet. Great small business to support. We'll be back again.”

“I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place before now! My wife introduced me to this place when we were dating and it has been my favorite (and her families) favorite Mexican place ever since. Perfect bun tenderness and ratio of lettuce and tomato. The secret light breaded seasoning holds the key to their delicious chicken sandwich. And its no small sandwich either...so good you have to try it. You get a side choice, I picked the salad tossed in ranch. Well done to the cooks in the back. My wife had the chicken pot pie and it was excellent as well with a lovely flaky bread topped on a bowl of creamy fresh home cooked pot pie filling. Our daughter had the BLT and she ate every crumb off the plate it was so good. Lots of bacon and perfectly cooked to the right crispness. And she is a stickler for anything too burnt....this was perfect.”

“I live around the corner, driven by this place for years. So on a quest to try and support more of my local eateries, I've neglected giving this, among others a shot. I finally decided to try it a couple weeks ago and what excellent food this place has! The food is unbelievably fresh and tastes great. Might even give Las Barcas a run for their money. Certainly for breakfast. Menu is smaller I guess, but is diverse for what you want to try and everything is delicious with it's choice of ingredients. Coffee they make is super good too! A lot to be said about the interior too. I really like the vibe and aesthetic all around. Especially for locals. Looks small outside, but rather spacious inside. Lots of comfortable seating in and on the patio. You can even sit at a working Ms. Pac-Man cocktail cabinet. They do have other To-Go menu items, i.e. muffins as well if you're in a hurry. Though, I've never had to wait much more then a few mins for an order. Lastly, staff has been super friendly and happy to help whenever I've come in. Couldn't ask for better service. Have been back multiple times since introducing it to friends and family, all having highly positive experiences.”

“Topside by NDMK is a wonderful new addition to the Avalon dining scene. I visited about 3-4 weeks after they opened and overall had a really nice experience. The location on the top deck is open, breezy and provides some beautiful views. It's a great spot for a relaxing meal. The food was excellent - we tried the seafood risotto and chicken piccata and both were delicious. The risotto was creamy and flavorful with a variety of fresh seafood. The chicken was perfectly cooked with a tasty lemon caper sauce (I loved the addition of edible flowers and microgreens). While the food was great, the service was slow considering there weren't many other customers in the restaurant. It took quite a while just to get our drink order and to place our food order despite ample staff. I understand they just opened and are likely still working out some kinks in the service. Overall I would definitely recommend Topside and look forward to returning. Once they smooth out some of the service issues, I could easily see this being a 5 star dining experience. For now, the delicious food and beautiful location earn them 4 stars in my book. With a little more time to find their groove, Topside will be one of the top restaurants in Avalon.”

He claimed that the cheese garlic bread was the best “in the world” and that the house salad dressing would blow your mind - he was absolutely correct. It’s also extraordinarily inexpensive. We had 4 cocktails, 2 appetizers & 2 entrees… for $70. The pasta con broccoli was enough to split for a table of 4. The hand tossed pizza was good, but we should have done the thinner STL style after demolishing the cheesy garlic bread. The wine was fine, they brought me a “party-pour.” They offer a standard selection, but only one house option of each. Very glad to have found this place. Looking forward to going back!”

“I found this place on Facebook looking for restaurants in Neptune City that were open for takeout. They didn't have a menu listed and upon messaging them they promptly updated their page with a current menu and prices. Ordered today, they were out of Cesina however I did get their shrip cocktail which is Cóctel de Camarón. The lady prepared it with everything and was ready quickly. They're bilingual and speak bothe English and Spanish. Lemme tell you something I worked in a Mexican restaurant previously and The Morenita's Cóctel is bomb AF! They give you such a generous portion and it was so fresh! I totally recommend! Will definitely spread the word out and return to try other stuff on their menú! ¡Gracias por la rica comida!”
