For instance, the venting on the original roof was much lacking and he made sure that new, updated ventilation systems were in place so the moisture buildup that had occurred would no longer damage the underlayment! “Milton doesn’t even know I am posting this. He recently replaced the roof on my home a couple of years ago. We took care to do the job correctly by replacing plywood and removing vents (obsoleted by spray foam). My home took the brunt of Ida by evidence of the large oak that fell on it. However, I appear to be possibly the only home in Ormand to not lose a single shingle during this storm. Of course, I need to repair where the tree punctured the roof, but I have no water damage inside because my roof held up as was warranted by Milton. Good job!”

“TLDR: honest dealing and they stand by their work. Highly recommend. Trademark Roofing did a great job for us. We had some issues with drainage on a flat-top in-law unit, and they came out and did the work promptly, despite the fact that we're pretty far out on the coast. Drainage was improved after the initial work, but there were still a couple of issues, so they came back out to see what was up, and buttoned everything up for no additional cost. All through the job they were polite and professional, and clearly explained the issues we were having, what our options were, and what the pros and cons of each.”
