Remember it's the lowest responsible bid. They stripped my roof and found the sins of omission from the past. They corrected all of those errors and repaired the resultant damage. They even repaired the decorative cladding on my chimney and repainted it to a high degree of professionalism. They could have told me get someone to do the paint and carpentry, but they did it in house. Why? So they could charge me more? No, it was less than 1% additional. The real reason is so they could control the quality of the repairs to make it easier for warranty work if needed. These are the type of contractors you need working on your home.”
