All of the crew was super nice and courteous. We have 3 dogs and we were super concerned about all the nails and debris being picked up from the yard. “Roof Advance was available soon after we found a hole in the shingles and called around. Found them on the Better Business Bureau's web site and could not be happier with our experience with Dominic, Mario, the mason, and the whole Roof Advance team. Dominic did a complete inspection before telling us our options. He walked around on the roof, measured, and took photos. He did not try to talk us into any upgrades, but we decided since the roof was old, we'd ask for the shingles and any decking to be repaired. We decided we wanted the medium excellence option. We also asked for attic blown-in insulation, new gutters, and gutter shields. Dominic told us they'd put in some attic vents. In the end, they took it down to the rafters! As we had to be away when they started, Dominic was in touch with us on the phone or by email every step of the way, and answered every question. Roof Advance gave our little old house the boost it needed! It looks great, and, we have peace of mind knowing that we won't have to climb up to clean the gutters any more. They even gave us a senior discount, which we were not expecting. Their requested deposit wasn't a lot of money. They have an easy way to pay by e-check, or by credit card online. “I highly recommend Collins Roofing. We bought a new home and there were some repairs that were needed. We called Collins based on recommendations. We received an estimate promptly and were told that the repairs were about two weeks out. We were pleasantly surprised when we got a call a couple of days later that they’d be able to come out. They were very knowledgeable and professional. As a sidenote, they also do gutter work. I asked the estimator if he would look at our gutters.
