D & H Roofing came out and reworked the valley and didn't charge me a dime. They used the same shingle that they put on before. Nick Santschi, from St Joseph's Roofing walked us through the process and was very patient with answering all of our questions. We flip flopped back and forth on some options and Nick was very response and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our final selection. I was very impressed. The crew did their job in one day. They were very careful and considerate of my neighbors property (we are a middle unit in 3 townhomes). The follow up with St Joseph's was very professional and detailed. They got up on the roof and made sure everything was done properly and nothing was amiss. Everything was perfect. I was expecting to find some debris or a few nails in the yard or maybe under a bush. I didnt find anything. They even cleaned up behind the bushes right up against the wall. He met us multiple times at our house during the planning process to go over options and design, took care of county permitting, and was on site during construction to lead the project.
