“Spent 33 years here. Great place to live in be sure you get the north or higher side of the park have had a part flooding of the lower area every ten years or so. If told to go by PD/FD.AND YOU ARE BY GOLF COURSE. LEAVE AT ONCE. In thirty mins you will need assit as creek overflow will rise fast. Upper part of the park may be the best in San Jose.”

“We have stayed at several RV parks this year and this one has by far been our favorite. The park was easy to get to (follow the directions they provide) and very nice! Greater shaded spots, friendly people, and helpful management. The park even had great amenities- rec room, laundry room, a little store, and firewood and ice for sale. The spots themselves offered plenty of shade, parking for your vehicles and even had a fire pit and table and chairs. We are hoping to stay here again later this summer. You will not regret staying at this park!”

First of all, Jessica was super nice, resourceful, and very professional in showing me around. They have a Brand New Exercise Room, a Cool Club House which I'm being told will also get re-done in the Summer, along with the Playground. The pool is big, and very welcoming. They even have a computer lab and a party hall for the residents! I highly recomend anyone to explore opportunities at this place. You will love it!”

“This really is a cute looking MHP. The homes are well maintained and the gardening had a neat and crisp feel to it. The Hawaiian theme could easily be over done; that is not the case here. The Hawaiian theme is in the social areas but not carried over to the natural setting like the pleasant looking lake when you first drive in. Unlike other communities the roads were well maintained.”

Thanks!! Wife loved her roast beef sandwich. Healthy salads. Low prices. Only incident was after reading US throws away 500,000,000 straws a day we usually say no straws. But didn't remind watress this time since nearly every restaurant we've been to after 7 weeks in Alaska already doesn't give straws unless requested. ...we were given wasteful straws ..darn.”
