“I have been living the “camper life” for about 7 years due to my work and have lived in many camp sites throughout MT, OK, KS, and TX. Old Town RV park gives you some good old fashioned neighborly feel and experience! I was made to feel like a part of a family from the very first day of moving into My space(#9) I felt comfortable and was confident that my belongings were secure in my absence. I just can’t say enough about how well I was treated by everyone there. Susan and Ron are Gracious host. Thank You Guys so much.. “The pot holes threw out the whole park needs to be fixed asap. Before it tears up someone's vehicle. Plus some other things need some attention as well. The owners need to be more quicker to get back in touch with there tenants that live in the park. Alot of things need attention brought to them.”

“Me and my wife drove through the park looking for a new place for my mother to live. It appears to be a very clean and a quiet place. Very well kept. We spoke with management and they were very polite and helpful. Rates a very reasonable compared to other parks. We are considering a couple of different parks for my mother to move onto , But this one is at the top of our list by far.”

“This was our 1st time visiting Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park and it was the perfect family vacation for our 10 month old and 4 yr old! We enjoyed the Waterpark and activities the most. Having the on-site restaurant was nice and convenient. The gift shop had reasonably priced souvenirs and Zack was definitely the friendliest staff on site! We stayed in a lodge room, and it wasn't bad! My only complaint is that the walls are thin and the picnic benches out front weren't usable, completely worn down, it's not safe to sit on them! Jesus Christ please replace them management.”

“This park is like nothing I've ever seen before. There are tons of tree surrounding the park and so much room. The roads spread to many different sections of the park that feel like their own little neighborhoods. They also have a ton of amenities like their dog park and workout room.”

“Outstanding area guide service. Simply put, they are the best in the area period. From picking the location to the equipment and talent you won't be disappointed. We have fished with other guides in the area who fill seats, use old or cheap equipment, and require you to either provide your own transport to and from the fish launch which has cost us quite a bit in the past for parking and other fees. We found these guys to be the best well rounded (truely professional) guide service in Cooper Landing.”

“Update 1/13/2022: The park has a new manager, Brandi Crom, and she does an excellent job! She is always super friendly and polite and goes above and beyond to help!! She took the time to hand deliver Christmas cards to all of the residents. It is a pleasure to have her as the park manager:) . I have lived in this park for almost 10 years. It has undergone new ownership and new management within the last few years. The current manager, Matt Jones, (Strive Communities), has done such a great job! The park has been renovated and the lots are now clean, trash free and look better than ever. As an Air Force veteran, I recommend this community to all of those stationed at Offutt A.F.B. It is a quiet, peaceful park with neighbors who respect each others' privacy and space. It would be nice to see more military people here, as well!”

“I talked to the new owners today in detail about the plans for the park. A few of the older longer term campers were upset because it went up $45. They have greatly improved the entire property in the short month they have owned it. I would definitely say its warranted. They are actively improving everything each day and it's significantly better since the first day we got here. I am excited for all that is in store.”
