We are renting brand new double wide. Unfortunately they are just about the same size squarefoot wise. But rent is much higher, if it was just 5foot longer, I'd be so much happier paying so much more!!!! Could have walk-in closet in master with an amazing bathroom and bigger laundry room(Just doesn't make sense to me that the double wide isn't much bigger... ugh). The neighborhood better than other mobile home park I've seen! I've not seen or heard of any crime in the park! They just got a bunch more homes in the neighborhood!!! Come join our wonderful neighborhood!! Shoot use me as a reference, we can both make money!!!
