“This is our first time in this RV park in Julian. It was recommended by a friend. I called to make a reservation and the person who I talked to was friendly and answered my question. I requested for a secluded spot and the one we were assigned was spacious for our RV Trailer & vehicle. The site was partial hookup and the RV park has 2 dump areas. The building in front of the reception area has a clean bathroom with showers. We had our son’s dog with us and it was a dog friendly park. There was a dug out fire pit and it was nice to finally have a campfire. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with the exception of the wasps during our meals outside. They seem to like meat.”

“The Owners are very accommodating, the park is quiet & of the beaten path, Nice laundry and shower facilities. Great long term or short stay place to be. Horses, cows, & wild life , really cool. Great place for pets with a fenced in dog run. Just the right driving distance to the city and lakes. Plenty of restaurants close bye. Highly recommend.”

“Stayed here in 2020 from August thru end of December. The Meighen's are great hosts, very attentive and accommodating to help get you settled in. After that they check in now and then and keep a good eye on the place. The parking spots are large, the country setting very pleasant, and the place is well kept. I would highly recommend this park for a short stay or long.”

“This barely fell short of 5 stars.. I often think the money the these places bring in could def always have more money put back into them. Bathrooms were decent. Having laundry is a big plus. Seems like most long term campers take up all the good spots which is disappointing. That being said I would try it again when it’s warmer out to check out all the amenities, seems like lots to do when the weather is better! Has potential to be really fun here!”

“I attended a TFS Properties seminar in early 2019 at suggestion by a friend because I was contemplating on selling an investment property and executing a 1031 exchange. “I rent to own a mobile home in one of there parks for the past 3 years and I must say out of all the landlords I have had Monty has been the best. When I first saw my place I wanted brand new siding,skirting and recoat the roof he was very reasonable with the pricing and was willing to work with my budget which I so appreciate, I am a single mother who works and doesn't receive any government help or child support. If you feel if the price is out of your budget he will work with you I couldn't afford the monthly payments at first but he was willing to work with me by putting more down and increasing the years by 2. One thing I must say is Monty has a big heart anytime I have needed advice or help he has always been there for me and my daughter. Just last week my car battery died and he came right on over to jump it for me. This winter my furnace went and he came down that day to see if he could fix it himself which since I rent to own it's not his responsibility but he still came right over and when he realized it wasn't something he could fix he recommended a friend who installed a whole new furnace system in 2 days and the cost was $600 less than any other quote I had gotten. I'm so sad to hear that others have bad experiences but honestly I love my house and Monty has been nothing but great to me for over the past 3 years.”

Husband wants to move out he feels like watt prices are too higj...but people seem to be friendly and nice nobody bugs nobody. People drive slow here cautions of the children...family own business. No issues with watts was too high other then that great spot”
