They have a well balanced structure between classes and activities, learning tools and have been so flexible with us and all the fun times that come with parenting! “This school is so great. All of the teachers are so welcoming and they really understand certain cercumstances that are hard for a student. The only thing that could be improved is the school lunches. The nutrition snacks are done but the lunches need a lot of improvement. Otherwise I really love all of the teachers and if you are nervous for the first day of school don’t be because all of the teachers are so nice(especially to 6th graders and new kids)don’t worry. Just be a good student and don’t get any ARS’s or NTI’s.”

“Both of my kids have been at Foundation Hill for many years. We absolutely love the center and find it very safe. My son graduated from Foundation Hill couple of years ago and I was very pleased on how well he was prepared for kindergarten. My daughter started in the infant room and I felt very comfortable and pleased on how well they took care of her. Fast forward, she is in preschool now and adores her teacher. One thing I like about this center is that there is a low turnover for teacher. It’s great for students to build a good relationship with the staff. The teachers are very loving in all rooms. My daughter always looks forward to going to school. The center has a good balance with education/life skills/ and creativity. I highly recommend this center.”

It is a loving, warm community of teachers and administrators who work tirelessly to meet each child where they are and help them grow and learn. I have never encountered teachers more invested in the well-being of their students as evidenced by thorough and insightful reports, detailed parent/teacher conferences, and an eagerness to understand the children in every way possible. Everything about the Waldorf pedagogy is intentional and thoughtful from the songs the nursery children sing to the way children are taught to read. Children are taught to think creatively and to act compassionately. The administration offers many educational opportunities to parents through book studies, speakers and discussion groups in a way that fosters community amongst the parents. We have found a home at Spring Garden and can't imagine a better fit for our family.”

“The instructor Eric was great, he was knowledgeable in all aspects of guitar repair and was always willing to share that knowledge. He was hands on with the class and was always willing to go to great lengths to make sure everyone was at the level of knowledge and skill they should be at by graduation. I was even able to get a job at Guitar Center as a repair tech not even a month after i had graduated. Even after graduation if you run across anything that you hit a roadblock on Eric will still be there to help you.”
