“I was looking for childcare for my son, and had seen this learning center on my way to work. It is actually called Heart & Soul now and has been recently remodeled. It was a convenient location for me, so I decided to look into it. When I researched online, I saw mixed reviews on different forums, but after visiting the facility I was very impressed with them. My son has been attending for over 6 months now and has shown great improvements in his knowledge of colors & the alphabet. I have never had a bad experience with the learning center. It is always very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“I have never felt more welcomed than when I walk into that building every morning. The lunch ladies are the nicest that you will ever meet at any school. The hallways can get crowded at times but remember when you get overwhelmed there are couches to sit in the rotunda. The system is rigged kids in my class never turned in one paper and someone passed with a B just by getting an A on his tests. The study hall room is a little musty so remember go to the media center everyday that’s available....take that from someone who had 1st 2nd and 3rd period 1st semester sophomore year.”

“My great grand kids go to Rising Star Academy and the are always happy to be dropped off. When I come to pick them up they have smiles on their faces. I always ask how have their day been and they always have nothing but nice things to say about their time at Rising Star. They tell me what they did for the day and what was taught. They love showing me the crafts and projects that they do at the center. I highly recommend Rising Star Academy for your child.”

“My husband was in the military and so we moved a lot. Because of this our daughter has been to 5 different elementary schools and this one is 100% absolutely the BEST! The teachers and principal learned our kids names right away. My son has ADHD and has a very atypical personality and I can not say enough good things about his teacher Ms. Todd! She is incredible! She allowed him to be himself and didn't try to make him fit into a box, she understood he is different and has been very supportive. His reading has drastically improved 6 LEVELS under her care! My daughter's teacher Mrs. Storm is amazing. She handled a bullying situation delicately but firmly and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was safe and comfortable! This schools security is 5 stars, the best we have experienced. We are moving again tomorrow and we are so sad to be leaving this school!”
