“The best public school in Gardena. This school gets top grades from the state of California. The teachers know how to get the best performance out of their students. My Grandson has thrived here. The homes in this schools district, get a premium price due to its good reputation. They have been improving the campus for the 2016-17 school year and I expect that will continue. They had a great "before school" program (which we hope continues and are willing to pay for) and an "after school" program as well.”

“Well my kid goes there and it was here first year. She thought the campus was easy to memorize that she does learn at a faster pace so that could be one thing different than most other people. But for first year she got pretty good grade she knew where everything was in the first two weeks of school almost week and she had a great time there she connected with all the teachers really well and yeah because you're very sweet and nice and kind people and learned a lot and she hopes to have some of the same teachers next year”

“2 boys have been going here since kindergarten. One will be a 3rd grader and the other a 2nd. A third boy will be there in another year. We can't say enough good about this school. Being new parents to elementary students there was a learning curve, toss in car lines and it can be rough at first. Be patient, ask questions and check the many social media groups available. So far we have not met a teacher that we have not liked. My kids love going to school which is a testament to how well this school operates. Thanks to all the educators that have had to deal with politics, masks, pandemics, constant policy changes, more politics, scared parents, lawsuits and the kids that are normally challenging. We are so very grateful that you do what you do, we stand with you!”

“I once went to longwood but then I moved city I loved the school from breakfast to my teaches On fourth grade I had the best teacher ever. She was nice, kind, and pretty. She would never yell or get anyone in trouble unless you would tell her something mean, wich nobody did because they adored her, exept one boy . Yet I have enjoyed my time at longwood and now I am graduated and amngoing to middle school next year”
