“Great education facility, and great adult ed program. Hugely improved from what it was ten years ago when I went for welding. David Guinn, the adult ed department head, is a man who really cares about the school and the students. If you sign up for the advanced manufacturing technology adult ed course, you will get a lot of great hands on experience, as well as a complete knowledge base. A piece of advice about the advanced manufacturing technology instructors: let Steve Abner do most of the teaching you receive, he is simply better at teaching. The other instructor, who co-teaches the course alongside him, Jeff, has his moments where he can really shine, but don't let him push you around and mess with you too much. My experience with Jeff has been mostly him telling stories about all the places he has traveled to and worked at, and telling me to "figure it out" and not actually helping or explaining things, or teaching, whenever I asked him for help or to explain something, and micromanages you. You might as well be learning without an instructor if Jeff is involved, because you are not being taught, anyway. Don't let him push you around, and turn to Steve for help and instruction.”

“We took a 2 hour sailing tour at Port Townsend at the end of a 10 day trip to the Pacific Northwest. What a way to end a fantastic trip! Amber is a great sailor. She didn’t even flinch when a Pontoon Plane landed between us and a ferry coming into port. She is also a wonderful tour guide. Gliding around the bay is a peaceful way to get a feel for the sites, activities and beauty of the area. Amber even had great tips for dining. If you want, you can assist with the sailing, or if not, you can relax and enjoy the ride. He helped, I relaxed.”

“My son went to Miss Renu's class since he was 3 years old. Within the first two days, my son started looking forward to going to AMM , he used to have so much fun with lot of learning involved. He enjoyed being in the school and was so much loved .I felt safe as AMM was and is still the only montessori that still follows COVID guidelines and mask mandates for the entire staff. This was a huge relief during the pandemic . From learning perspective , this is an amazing place and no other montessori like this in Frisco!!!All the teachers are very kind and nurturing .
