“Craftibly is a family owned diamond painting (and more) company based in Fort Worth, Texas. They have an online store as well. They were having an amazing sale so I splurged and got a TON of stuff! (see below) I was driving through Fort Worth during spring break so I asked about local pickup to save on shipping and Amy was super nice about it, saying that local pickup is actually an option they regularly offer. She even helped me get an item that I wanted that was listed as out of stock on the website! When I arrived at the location for pickup, Michael was just as nice as Amy had been. My haul.... *a "starter kit" (I am so not a starter, but couldn't resist) containing about 9 pens with single tip on one end and a variety of different sized tips on the other, a palette of wax, 5 small green trays, 1 small white tray with spout, baggies, a blue tray and penholder, stickers, a grouping of small plastic bins, all neatly held in a large plastic storage back (think pencil holder). *6 large white trays with removeable dam *and a hard plastic tube to protect my WIPs when I take them places with me. (this color was out of stock online but Amy knew they had one left and held it for me- she was able to give me a direct invoice for my entire purchase so I could get the teal one)”

“It’s a nice place and everyone who works there is nice and really chill. Overall the facility is clean, aside from the occasional dying field mouse :( and only downside is the bathrooms aren’t unlocked so you have to find someone working there to open em for ya. The biggest issue w the company I have is how they handle pricing. I rented a unit in March 2022 and had the special deal of $1 for the first month and then $99 give or take a few for each month afterwards. I got an email the other day (end of July 2022) stating my rent is increasing by almost 40% in September 2022, 37.7% to be specific. I understand for new units the price would be higher, but for customers who’ve been on time w payments and use the facility without issue, this sorta rent hike is ridiculous. Just be careful please if you’re looking to rent. EDIT: They were nice enough to extend the rent I signed up for, for another 3 months. The staff are super nice at this location, and a lot more reasonable than corporate since I spoke to the district manager about this rent issue, and he claimed I he would reduce my rent. He never sent me a written documentation about it even though I explicitly asked for one multiple times, and the rent adjustment he claimed would happen for me never occurred. Thankfully, the staff at this location were much nicer and understanding. EDIT (Again): The staff are always nice, and super understanding normally. My unit required maintenance, which required me to move my stuff, but thankfully the staff are super understanding about it all and were extremely helpful. They made sure to get me an almost identical unit to the one I moved from, and the were always super communicative about it all, making the whole process a lot easier.”

“These guys were great! As I have been on and assisted with at least 20 to 25 different moves in my life, I staged a ton of stuff in the garage for my girlfriend's mother's move. Yet, there was so much more I needed assistance with. These guys were absolutely amazing! Listening to and understanding the steps of the move were absolutely key. They wrapped essential items and took great care with packing everything safely for transport about 4.5 to 5 hours away. They were incredibly fast and efficient. The next morning, they were a few minutes early than the agreed time and they unloaded quickly, safely, and with great professionalism. They even recognized being at my house about 2 years earlier to assist with my parents relocation and dropped off certain items first before going about a mile away to unload the rest of their move. I went on my parents' recommendation for this company and it paid off. I would definitely recommend these guys for a long distance haul anytime. They are professional and personable. We tried to tip accordingly, yet they were probably worth so much more. Thank you, guys. We will reach out again in the future if we need another move! #beastmode #thisistheway”
