I have never had any issues with access to the storage facility and the employee (KRIS) that works there has helped me several times. Whether I needed assistance with unlocking / opening the other side of the storage roll up door or answering questions about payments when I first started renting the unit. KRIS helped me out on my last day at the storage unit in a big way. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. It's employees like KRIS that make places run smoothly and keep people coming back. If you read this KRIS, I personally want to say thanks again; you were a huge help. The cubes were dropped off on time by a very personable man who worked with us with suggestions for placement. Every time I called Customer Service for advice or with questions, they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The units were handled with great care during transport, and NOTHING was broken, and there was no sign of having any seepage from rain or snow. What a great team U-Pack and ABF make!
