“I have been a customer at this location since 2018 and have witnessed several property managers come and go. I've had issues in the PAST with payments not being posted and not being able to get anyone to return my calls but moving everything would have been such an undertaking that I just managed the frustration. However, there is a fairly new property manager now that is really great. She's attentive, actually answers the phone and/or returns calls quickly, when I had questions about my account she actually took the time to research my file rather than just telling me that happened before she started working there and couldn't help me. She's really friendly and seems to want to really help where she can. The facility is a little older but aside from some dust and such I've not had any problem with water or rodents causing damage. Unlike a lot of storage facilities, I've never felt unsafe being there alone. The access hours are prob the only real downside. 7a-7p doesn't allow for swinging by early morning to grab some tools I may have stored on the way to work, and doesn't really allow time to get there after work to unload or switch out stuff for the next day. However, I knew this from the beginning and accepted the terms when I chose to rent. It would be great if they went 24 hours now that they added the automatic gate that requires a gate code. Guess I'll watch and see.”

“This place is great! First off the location is very convenient it’s right off the in the interstate. The parking lot is very easy to navigate through and driving to your space is very easy. There are multiple access doors on each side of the building which makes it even more convenient. The exterior is maintained very well. The interior is very clean and well kept also. You walk in and there are no bad smells! It actually has a very new building clean smell! This place also has a camera security system and gate controlled access along with a code specific to you for building access so security is on point! Denise who works the desk in the office is very polite and will answer any questions you have and get you the storage space you need! The office has all sorts of packing boxes, tapes, and locks. After you are done unloading your stuff they even have complimentary snacks and cold drinks in the main office. I had a great experience renting a space here and I cannot explain the convenience of it being right off the interstate and how clean it was EVERYTIME I came to get something from my unit.I would absolutely rent a space here again!”

“I contracted a shuttle run from SLC to Arlington. Having never hauled anything for them before, I was impressed with the facilities and organization. Both warehouses are located within relatively new distribution facilities. Plenty of space to move around and clean. The people who unloaded and loaded my trailer were good to work with. and took about an hour or less at both sites. This might have been my "last ride," and it really was a good one to end with, if it is.”
