Quality work on taxidermy, traditional old school customer service and just the nicest people you ever want to meet, I harvested my first large axis buck in 3 Nov 2017, dropped it off at Cow Creek a couple days later to get a shoulder mount with left turn. Was told 6-8 months so I expected Aug 2018. However I just picked it up yesterday (21 April) and I could not be happier! The owner offered to carry it out for me, talked to me about taxidermy for a while and we even had a friendly conversation about changing times...like we were old friends! I've used them for this mount, a euro mount and to process a hog......every time great service. Only regret now is that I have it safely in an ugly room I am renovating and need to keep it from my dogs (see attached pics)!! You won't be disappointed by their work!!”

Access to the gate keypad boxes are in very awkward positions and have you getting out to access them depending on the one you are using when exiting. Online payments would be nice to have. “Dispatch & BOL said Smart and Final, but it’s really this Americold who it’s referring to. If you come too early or at night, there’s a huge dirt parking spot near the Cheveron at the corner to park at. I showed up an hour early and they immediately gave me a door. Unload time for me took an hour and a half. It may be different for everyone, I brought a load of potatoes. Staff was really friendly.”

We had a hiccup where we couldn't get into our building 3 days before our scheduled move out, but the manager let us in (after verifying identity). “Thanks to Rito and his family! An experience for people who want nature and genuine encounters. It's not easy to find your way here, and if you're hungry you should always call ahead and order. There was a traditional Mexican meal with leaves rustling above our heads, cheeky chickens and big smiles. The wine is delicious, the people are very open and relaxed. There are also hikes offered here. Approximately 1.5 hour drive from Ensenada.”

My job was done by Russell and Blake, it was a smaller move so no additional crew members were needed. They were communicative as soon as they arrived. Russell explained what to expect before the process started and both these guys were super efficient with wrapping and taking items in and out.
