“I was a customer at this Westy for almost 15 years (I just closed my account b/c I no longer need the extra space). The environment is inviting, quiet, comfortable and always clean as a whistle. It was always easy to move things in and out without a hassle. Parking is also easy--even when things are busy. Lots of places to park to load or unload. My storage needs changed over time (different types of items) so I was a fairly regular visitor--and always appreciated the friendly staff and top-notch facility. Well worth the price, IMO.”

The Packed Out Content Boxes are placed in a Climate Controlled Secured Storage Facility until are professionally returned to their original places in the property. On a Scale of 1 -10 (10 being the Best) They absolutely deserve a 10 in my opinion. I would highly recommend them for any project where a Pack-out is required.”

Before we decided to go with this facility, we were told the fence would be higher and go down the length of the property for added security, and it was done! Most places just tell you things you want to hear to ensure you do business with them. The pricing is competitive to other places, if not cheaper which is always nice! Shannon was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. If you text or email him, he responds within minutes, with that being said great customer service was provided; which is sometimes difficult to come across these days! Josephine’s hidden little gem.
