“This prime location Tonka Bay Marina is well organized and vey professional. The docks are well-maintained year around. He has invested in an exceptional system that keeps the water from freezing to eliminate damage. The place is always clean and we love his big cheerful planters. We’ve often watched them service boats and are quite impressed with their expertise and passion to make boating on Lake Minnetonka a great experience for everyone. They think ahead of things to plan for client’s needs. Like when to have a boat pulled out and ready for use. Or providing what you need for proper boat storage. Or lending a hand if weather quickly turns on us. Even when super busy, like on the 4th of July, Joe and other staff do what they can to offer support to everyone. They are very personable. It feels like a family atmosphere and that’s why many return year after year and don’t want to risk losing their slip, storage, or other services since there is high demand. Gabriel, the owner, is quick himself to help out when a need arises. He even has carried my newly purchased bag of ice for me – several times. We’ve admired Gabriel’s Skiffcraft’s for sale. With his personal stellar reputation, this is whom we trust if that next purchase comes along. Not only can you tell that he loves what he does, he is helpful, honest, and thoughtful. As a way to show loyalty, he also offers dockage and winter storage customers a nice gas discount at their dock all season long. Ample parking. Highly recommend this place!”

“We had to load up a 3 bedroom townhouse into a PODS container. The team from Hero Moving were great! My wife was overjoyed and amazed at how they packed all of our furniture, kitchen dishes/pans, and decor all perfectly into the container without wasting a single inch. I went to several other facilities that day and did not want to have my personal and business property with knuckle heads and or idiots. Probably should not refer to your completion that way but you need to know that the lady that helped me was the best and never left me until it was done. My impression of your organization is an AAA +++ because of her. Seriously, it’s rare that many Americans use there brains at work today. Especially those answering a phone. “1000 appt 0900 check in 1130 unloaded with paperwork DELIVERY: Be very careful here as to showing up early for delivery. I was a day early and they wanted to charge $75 for a work in. the most they allow you to be is one hour before deli ery and if your 30 minutes past your grace period of your appointment time, they will also charge you $75 There is no getting around it so I opted to come back an hour before my appointment time. The guards are slow. They have cones preventing you from entering before check in. The guards will ask for your PO# , phone number and your drivers license. They will also check your seal Check into Receiving which stairs are by a green air conditioning unit, and you will immediately be given a door. Its a red light/ green light system and the office will call you when to get your bills. I had a frozen load and the office says they go by appointments. Once you receive your paperwork upon exiting the facility, the guards will check your paperwork for the PO# once again, Take your phone number once again and check the back of your trailer before moving the lime green cone. It took longer to exit than to enter which I feel was a waste of time once your unloaded but not the guards fault, its their company protocol. I've heard of people being here over 8 hours, but that wasn't the case for me. This company exceeded expectations for a delivery. maybe because I had a semi-early appointment. No lumper fees which was nice huge yard with plenty of room to maneuver and tern around”
