You also can't beat their rates! We only pay $85 a month for a 10x20 unit and she said she only charges $55 for a 10x10! If I remember correctly, we paid for 2 months up front and got the 3rd for free! Great owner, great location, great deal!”

“I have known the folks at A Better Way Storage and used their facilities on an ongoing basis for the last 14 years and for temporary storage off and on for 7 years. They are the best in the business. The place is always super clean and well-kempt. They helped me store belongings during an emergency evacuation due to forest fires . Yesterday, I had a problem with my storage unit, some contents had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Mary was really excellent and very efficient and friendly in helping me problem solve. She got Dave there same day and he helped get my door open and rearranged items to prevent that happening again. “Hy shines bright from rental day to move in day. She was super helpful getting us a unit. Later we called about mattress bags and she was on it. On move in day we chatted multiple times and she helped me when my access code ran into some trouble. She was great from beginning to end. The facility itself is clean and well kept. Front customer area is again clean and organized. No trash anywhere inside the building and storage areas. Bathrooms are clean as well.”

“I read up on this place like I do with so many and the reviews had me nervous 😓 😟 😰. My appointment was at 9p.m. on a Sunday and as the reviews stated I had my tandems pulled, vest on, I was on time, had all paperwork and calm but nervous attitude. Things went well checked-in the security guy was polite and informative got me right where I needed to be, Checked in with the receiver got on a door and was unloaded in an hour. It took longer to make payment but they also helped with that. Everyone experiences are always different I just say make it as easy on yourself as possible. Be on time. Not rude. Follow their instructions and thats really all you can do, hope for the best. Since they have so many terrible reviews I felt someone needed to know they got it right this time.”
