I found the owner and managers to be attentive and courteous and very available to help with special needs and requests. They do keep a close eye on things, which gave me peace of mind since my second “home” was out sight but not out of mind. I have since moved to a different facility closer to my home but I enjoyed my stay here and would welcome the opportunity to return should the occasion arise. “I have used this facility for both RV storage and a traditional storage unit. The main reason I have and will continue to use them is they have 24/7 security that roams the facility and is highly attentive to all individuals who enter and exit the grounds. I have talked with all of the security officers and they are all extremely friendly and helpful. San Antonio consistently has storage units burglarized and being that I am leaving for a year I cannot check on my unit regularly. I feel my property is safe at this facility and I have no concerns of it being burglarized. Also, one time I accidentally left a door open on my RV and the security immediately noticed it after I left, secured the door, and notified me the following day which was awesome. Great facility if the security of your property is important to you.”

“I love the people that run the facility they are friendly, honest, and caring. They keep it as clean as expected for a storage facility. If you see a mess or something out of place they will address the situation as soon as they can. There is one thing I do not like is the fact that they do not have cameras in the hall ways indoors but they do have them on the outside. They do walk the property every night before the office closes to gather up the carts and make sure all outer entry doors are shut. These doors are locking when shut and to re-enter you must have the door code given to you when you purchase a unit as well as your own personal gate code which nobody except you has your gate code. Come check them out for your next place for storage.”
