“Very responsive to phone calls. Staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and had my unit rented within 15 minutes. The only issue, as other reviewers mentioned, was that my code did not work at the keypad when I arrived at the gate. However, I left a voicemail message and my call was returned within minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The team helped me get a temporary unlock code so I could proceed through the gate. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company makes it right - Paula and Sheldon did just that. Thank you! Once the gate issue was resolved, I was even more pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious my 10x20 unit was. The vaulted ceiling provides a nice upper level. Plenty of room for all my things. The promotional discount was a really nice bonus. I recommend this company and location (Shafer)!”

“We used Vanguard to shred about 150 boxes of documents for us. They sent two trucks and three employees that were all extremely helpful. They made quick work of the shredding as well as helping us with all the left over boxes. Vanguard was fairly priced and emailed our receipt and shred certificate before they left our lot. They called to provide an ETA which was at our scheduled time and showed up on time. Would use them again.”

“Well since you asked.... over a year ago I met with the owner and told him that my front plate bends every single time I get my car washed. He promised to order a plate guard so it wouldn't happen again. The minute I drive away I felt that I would never get this so called plate guard from him. Weeks turned inti months and after following up numerous times, I just gave up. Don't make promises you can't keep. Updated: After posting this review they called me an offer to give a free plate guard. Making a wrong a right !! Lifetime customer and they now get 5 stars !!! Thank you. “We've been using Zipcubes for years. You get a huge amount of space for a very affordable rate, and since there isn't open access to the cubes, it's extremely secure. Be sure to pack your things well, though, because they do move the cubes around at the warehouse. The only drawback is that they don't leave the cube at your location for loading. You have to load while the driver waits, so you have to be quick. If you visit their facility though, you can take all the time you need.”

“Truck Driver Review. Docks are easy to hit, snow is down but their parking lot is treated so good traction. They have a driver's lounge with a restroom and the heater in here keeps it nice even with the single digit temperatures. The guards are friendly and give good directions. The Yard Jockey's aren't overly aggressive they do their job well and are even polite to the outside drivers(in the way they drive I didn't speak to them.)”
