“I've had a storage unit here for well over a year. The majority of the units are indoor and in a climate-controlled area. Never have had any major issues at all. You can access your unit 24/7 if need be. It's not the best area of town., so always maintain visual awareness of your surroundings. But it's well-maintained and kept clean. “This small bar and grill in south Tempe was pretty good. Limited table seating and has a group high top table in the middle. There is a small patio area area on the road side. There is a bar on the other side of the building with a separate entrance and they share the kitchen. The food offerings are a mix of sushi, Korean, and regular Japanese fare. Very tasty with a lot of flavor. Seaweed salad was a little squishy. Tempura is served in the fry basket with dipping sauce. Service was very good. The only ding I’d give it is that it’s very loud. Part of that is design and part was the collection of drunk college girls on the high top that kept falling off their stools. I’m guessing they should have been cut off the booze.”
