Mike and his company helped my parents move into their apartment last year and my parents agreed they were great and recommended their grandson use them. Mike helped us move several times into our various houses locally, over many years. We've always had a positive experience with them. Mike is courteous, as are his helpers. He is honest about what will happen and took furniture apart, re-assembled it, and didn't overcharge. The only negative was that they showed up later than expected on this most recent move. But once arrived, they were fast and efficient and courteous, and only charged for the time they were working.”

“One of Merrimack’s best kept secrets. there’s a huge area out in back of the office where they have over two- hundred storage units. The girl in the office was most helpful and made my transition from selling my house to moving to a condo so much easier. Accessible until 10 o’clock at night, always plowed and I would definitely rent from them again. They called me a day ahead to avoid a late payment fee. They even prorated my seven days into the next payment period so I didn’t have to pay for the whole month when I left. Steve”

“Pre-cool your trailer to -10 degrees Fahrenheit before you get here. When I arrived, they gave me a door to back into immediately. Leave your trailer doors CLOSED until they come out to tell you that they are ready to load you up. While I had to wait a while for them to come out and tell me they were ready, at least I could be off-duty or sleeper berth while I waited in the same location. After you back in, you MUST chock your wheel. Bring your driver's license in with you because they will need to make a copy. If you are going to watch them load/unload your truck, you must wear an orange safety vest & work boots, preferably steel-toe. I saw another driver drop his trailer and leave to go to Burger King, to the left at the end of the driveway, but he could have walked there. Also there is an Ocean State Job Lot a bit further, but still within walking distance. Down the driveway and to the left. There's a microwave in the break room.”
