They take you to look at the unit they are not pushy in selling you things that you do not need. They however do take the time and ask you if you need a lock or anything extra but they are really some very caring people if I can say. I also love the fact that you are able to pay for your unit rent Online. That is the best for me. The Customer Service you all is very good. Especially this day and time. ???????????? “The customer service was always spot-on. I left my pod in storage and every time I needed access they were quick to answer and accommodate. At the end I didn’t have the pod delivered and instead emptied it at the facility. The manager came by and said if I finished that day just to leave the door open so he would know I was finished, and then he would process the closing. A couple days later I called the main number to verify it was complete and the manager had done exactly as promised. I have since recommended them to two others who were moving.”
