Trying to be brief, just suffice to say Scott & Brian have an expert for every area of what’s not working right. Customer service is Gold Star. Communication is as good as any in my experience. Their pricing was fair. No one expects a coach to be cheap to own, but no one likes to be swindled either. Again, cost very fair and everything they fixed has stayed fixed !
