“I had an excellent experience renting a knee scooter when I broke my foot —I needed one immediately and no other medical supply had one available . When I called , the woman who answered said they were out of stock but she would check the warehouse . She took the extra time and effort to find one for me and hold it until I got there . It was over an hour drive but worth it . The staff is very kind and considerate . I did not experience anything like the other reviews here .”
