“Came in looking for a repair on a piece of equipment I got from a friend. I was greeted by Gio when I walked in, he advised me that the saw I had was not worth repair. He then took the time to answer my questions about Stihl equipment and helped me pick out a new saw and extra items to go along with it that I would need down the road.
