“Love the products and prices but the shopping cart is too big!! I can't stand at handle and place items into the cart. I have to go half way around the cart blocking the aisle for others. Same at checkout but in reverse order. Also, the cart cannot go through parked cars in the lot! I have to go all the way to the end of the row and back around to my car! How about offering two cart sizes? I understand families like the jumbo cart but this senior would be happiest with a half cart.”

HEB Kroger's & several other grocery store chain but the only place I always have situation is with Fiesta gift cards ONLY . The system is so old I don't think the equipped accept for gift cards. The employee's doesn't have a clue how to process a gift card. Only the managers know how . Today at this location the cashier call the manger his name was joel very helpful pleasant and very professional young man he's still college .”

“This Aldi is great. When it's busy, the lines still move quickly and efficiently. Occasionally, your items in boxes may get a dent because of their method of scanning and tossing items into the cart. We have never had anything damaged, though. It helps to bring your own bags. “This isn't my favorite Publix, but that has more to do with the clientele than the employees. The staff here is friendly and helpful, but many of the customers I've encountered are rude and selfish. If you see that I'm looking at some items to decide which I would like to purchase, don't stand directly in front of me...to do the exact same thing. If you can grab and go, sure, if you're going to make decisions...stay off to the side. Also, don't cut in front of me and glare at me like I'm the bad guy for not moving faster through a grocery store. I wasn't aware this was a competition. I'm sure Guy would be proud of you, but you're annoying me. As a matter of fact, one other customer (out of more than 50) was polite and said hello. All of the others looked at me like I had three heads. Either way, the staff is very good from what I can tell, but the customers make me want to shop elsewhere. I can go deal with rude patrons at Walmart and get my food cheaper.”
