I'm sure I'm forgetting something. She is very professional. She was available anytime that I had a question and easy to get a hold of rather be through Facebook,through phone calls and through text messaging. She even had some special pixie dust"extra things"for us upon arrival that we had no clue about. “We arrived Friday afternoon to the lodge our instructions to get into our room we’re texted to us by Colby. We were put up in a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom upstairs space. Everything was very clean and tidy! The fridge was stocked with waters, and sodas, there were snacks and candy bars also for us to eat whenever we wanted. The food was AMAZING first nights dinner was a huge piece of lightly blackened redfish with shrimp and crawfish ettoufee. The next morning breakfast was made for us before the charter left at 7am. We hit our slot on redfish and also hit some large catfish and black drum. Once arriving back to the lodge lunch was waiting for us while our guide filleted all of our fish. Lunch was a large beef sandwich on the most delicious French bread. We didn’t have a car on-site so our captain Colby helped us by going to grab us some drinks we could enjoy in our lodge. They also packed and shipped back all of our caught fish to our house! Our last dinner was delicious chicken and sausage gumbo. I can’t rave enough about this place. Whether you are a large group or small you’re totally taken care of from start to finish. We will definitely be back!!”

“Our experience with Bill, Janet, and Rodney exceeded our expectations! They were professional and focused on customer service and safety. Bill has hundreds of hours of experience and is prepared for all situations. He serves as a mentor to other ballooners in the area. This is a well organized and efficient team from the ground crew to the air. Bill has a vast knowledge of the area and points out areas of interest on the trip. He knows where to look for wildlife and will take the balloon low for photo opportunities of the balloon’s reflection in a pond. The champagne toast at the end was the perfect way to end our day. I highly recommend this company.”

“The Mango Breeze house was amazing. Clean, light and airy. All the dishes, towels, beach wagon, beach umbrellas, coolers, beach bikes and much more we needed to make it home for the week. Loved the pool and tiki bar. Also, just a short walk down the street to the beach. So many fun stores, bars n restaurants! I'll be back again next year for visit #4.”

“We took a family kayak trip through the refuge (we used the Costal Kayak company. To explore the refuge visitor center and trails are free. However, there was a fee for the kayak rentals and guides.) We also explored a trail or two. Very relaxing and the visitor center was very informative.”

“John was the DJ at our wedding at the end of March and working with John and Best of Times exceeded every single expectation we ever could've had! We've had an incredible number of guests tell us our DJ was the best wedding DJ they've experienced, and my husband and I agree. From the very first phone call, we knew we were working with experienced professionals. John sent us a thorough information and question packet which helped us plan every detail, including a lot of things we weren't even thinking about. He worked seamlessly with our venue and our photographer and when we showed up on the day of our wedding, everything was in place and perfect. Make sure to check "Yes" for the interact with guests question on the survey because you will be absolutely blown away. John got every single one of our tables engaged and on to the dance floor with singalongs, competitions, and the BEST props. We knew our day was going to be great, but we couldn't have ever expected the amount of fun we and every one of our guests would have. Make sure to go with the photobooth as well, we got some absolute gems from that. Thank you John, you helped us have the perfect party!”
