“I have been visiting Paradise Properties for many many years. I consider my wife Drusilla and I 👪 family with the management staff at Paradise Properties. I have even met some of the maintenance and housekeeping staff as well. The 2021-2022 winter season is a extended stay for my wife and I. We are extremely thankful to Angie and Darren for their support in trying to keep us as comfortable as possible during our stay. Since November we have stayed at Legacy Park, Venetian Bay Villas and headed to Terra Verde in a couple of days. The properties were cleaned thoroughly and in good repair. “Great place for a fun & flexible getaway! Close enough to town to have viable alternatives for entertaining little ones if the weather turns (there's a zoo, for example), last minute items, or even a couple of pizzas if the fish are shy. Modern conveniences & thoughtful touches such as Wi-Fi & satellite TV, plus a stock of books & good old "offline" board games are placed throughout. The architecture is what you would expect from a residence built in the early 1900s. 12 ft ceilings, oversized windows make it a light & roomy, yet a solid and secure home. It's earned a place on my short list of favorites!”

“We had our wedding reception on the Lexington Yacht a few months ago and everything was amazing! We had about 65 guests (mainly from out of town), and the boat was perfect. The views are wonderful, the food was delicious, and David, the owner was great to work with. The best wedding planning decision we made was choosing the Lexington for our venue.
