This was the perfect gift, Cabela's has anything and everything for the outdoorsman. It's a huge store and really has it all, I looked for a new fishing hat, a nice Under Armour pullover and a new bait bucket. Mission accomplished, I was able to find exactly what I went in for. “My dog was sick on a weekend, and I couldn’t get an appointment with his regular vet for several days. I went to Kernersville Veterinary Hospital Saturday morning as a walk-in. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They treated him as if he was a regular patient of theirs. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor was very thorough. She explained my options and her diagnosis clearly, and she sent me home with copies of his tests and x-rays. It is 24 hours later, and my dog is much better. I am very grateful to Kernersville Veterinary Hospital for being there when I really needed them. Five stars are not high enough to rate their service.”

“The staff here is very professional from the time you step in the door to when you leave. (love the follow up calls too) They have taking great care of all 4 of my fur babies. This past week I had 2 fur babies get sick started with them not eating. They had me bring them in right away didn't have to wait for an appointment. The follow up they do with you while your fur babies are there is awesome you always know what's going on. They also call and check in the day after. “This veterinary hospital and their staff has been wonderful! My cats were in for their annual appointments today and while they were definitely grumpy, everyone treated them so kindly and gently. Our veterinary assistant, Ryan was awesome and so helpful. Dr. Middlebrooks was equally kind, knowledgeable, and clearly had my cats’ best interests in mind. Everyone “behind-the-scenes” that I didn’t get to meet helped to make our visit went smoothly as possible. Every time we’re there they take great care of our pets.”

“I'm not a good writer but here goes. We put my Golden down last November at Ranchwood. I got a new pup a month later but wanted to wait a little bit before going back to Ranchwood because i was tore up over my Golden. I tried another popular local vet. New pup was shaking his head, scratching his ears and they stunk. Took him to the other vet. They took a quick look at his ears and said they were fine. Gave me some flush and sent us home. After 3 weeks with little improvement i took him to Ranchwood. They swabbed both ears and checked for infection. He had ear infections. After only one day on antibiotics he is doing much better. They are awesome at Ranchwood. Great people that care and will take the time to do it right.”

“Today my dog got out of my fence and I ran around frantically trying to locate him. I searched for 30 minutes before i decided to come back and get in my car to go look for him. To no avail, of course my car doesn’t start. It wasn’t my morning to say the least. Suddenly my door bell rings and I’m thinking it’s my mother who has told me she’s on her way. I opened the door and fell to the floor. One of the staff members had personally walked him over to my house which is about a block or so from the clinic after using her resources at the clinic to find my address. I’m am extremely grateful for their integrity, and especially this one amazing staff member. I would highly recommend them if your uneasy with the catering needs of your dog.
