“I have had many pets in the past as well as now and they have always been friendly, knowledgeable and very professional at a reasonable price for service. When I had to put my 13 year old toy poodle down because he had been fighting cancer for over a year and it was getting so hard on him and he was suffering . They let me stay with him through the whole procedure and let me hold him until he passed in my arms and then for a while after in a quiet private room. They were very understanding and sympathetic and I will always appreciate that. But that’s just one of a few times they were there for my pets...”

When you walk in, the ladies at the desk know what their doing and get you ready for the visit. Never once have they gave me the impression that they actually had to be there. The doctors are thorough and I've never been pressured into doing this or that...or paying more for something that is not necessary. I've always thought their prices were fair and my dog is treated very kindly by all the techs. Well established and run hospital for animals.”

“I would highly recommend this vet to my family and friends. I called them up and they were able to see my cat within 1 hr. When we arrived there were no other pets waiting in the lobby and we were taken right back. The vet tech and DR were great with my cat, and I must say that usually she is not great with people she doesnt know. In the past I have used Caring Hearts Animal Hospital but I will NEVER return there. Val Vista Animal Hospital was 1/2 the price of Caring Hearts. The office was clean and did not smell of animal urine. I liked this office. Good find! ”

“I took my two cats to The Cat Clinic for the first time this week and had a great experience! We went in for wellness checks and vaccines, and the appointment did not take long and my cats were seen as soon as we arrived. The staff is kind, professional, and helpful. I also thought the cost was very reasonable, and I did not feel pressured to purchase additional services. In fact, I was expecting additional charges for a few extra things they did during the appointment and I wasn’t! I will definitely be taking my cats here from now on. I also enjoyed that the clinic is cats-only, I think it made it a little less stressful for my cats.”

“FINALLY I have found a vet in Arizona!! I came from the best vet in the world back in San Diego, but haven’t had luck since moving here. The doctor was sooo sweet and really informative. I also liked most of the staff. This was my first appointment, but so far so good. I only took off one star, but I did it due to pricing. I understand that you pay for quality, but this place is STEEP. I came from a vet in a very affluent neighborhood of San Diego and I didn’t pay even near what I was charged here. It’s a bit of an issue. Otherwise, great spot.”
