“At nearly 15 years of age, this old dog has had multiple health issues over the last few years due to variety of illnesses as well as disc disease. So when he began sleeping more than awake, hesitant to go outdoors... it seemed only fair to begin considering quality of life. This was our first visit to Canadensis. Dr. Bell, Sarah, Danielle and the receptionist were wonderful. Both exam and diagnostics performed with such considerate and gentle approach. Later the same day, this old dog ran further than he has been able to walk in the past year. Sierra called with diagnostic results and Dr. McCabe prescribed antibiotics. “Everyone here is always helpful and knowledgeable about any question I ask. I take both my cats and dog here, and they always give me different treatment options for whatever the problem is. They never push anything on me that's optional- just offer it and maybe recommend it if it may be a problem in the future. The service is always prompt, appropriate, and what is asked for or needed. I've never met the owner, but one time I went in there were cookies available and I was told they were made by the owner. So I think they care about the buisness quite a bit.”

Took her to Dr. Alisha yesterday, and Delilah is back to normal today! Dr. Alisha was amazing from the minute she met Delilah all the way through the adjusting process... Anyone who knows Delilah knows she is very particular about who she will even let get near her! We are SO GREATFUL and can't wait for her follow up!”

From the front desk to the kennel staff, everyone is SO friendly and kind!! One of our dogs doesn’t like slick floors so they put down mats to make him more comfortable! And we loved the photos they posted on social media that let us see them having fun! Dr Woods took on all three of our big dogs for an office visit and it he was so thorough and we could immediately feel his deep care for our dogs! “We have been with Annie’s Animal Clinic since it opened over 20 years ago. They have compassionate and professional staff that have taken care of all of our various animals. When we’ve had to say goodbye to our pets that have passed the staff has been kind and thoughtful and patient. It is now called Banfield Pet Hospital for the past few years and they have the same level of care and compassion as before. Dr. Mackenzie is great and she has such a compassionate and calm approach with all of her furry patients. So happy to have her as our doctor for our fur babies. The front desk is always helpful and patient in checking people in and out and making appointments and answering questions.”
