(February 8, 2024, 6:40 pm)AV Media Systems is a terrible place to work, disorganized, disingenuous, rude, incompetent and also quite rude to employees.
The management team are useless and the company has a blame culture over trying to resolve issues, they blame each other and in fight and it starts right at the top.
Dealing with the senior management is not a fun prospect and the upper management are rude and disrespectful
They talk behind each other's backs, lie and misrepresent the truth.
I am very glad to no longer be employed there and have moved on to a much higher paying job and a much more team and customer focused role.
Something that AV Media Systems is severely lacking.
