Towne Shoppe

We use to live in Amherstburg and loved our weekend shopping trip to the town shoppe. We have since relocated to Niagara Falls and still miss the shoppe. I bought a few things online for my husband and realized really quickly my mistake. I called the store and haylee was so helpful. She was so wonderful, refunding my money and helping me complete my transaction and making sure my refund was complete. I love this store and miss it so much.

Great friendly service and nice selection of clothing. Things that you won’t always typically find at the traditional shops.

I rate 4 ONLY because of the girl who assisted me on my purchase on Friday Sep 2nd otherwise I would’ve rated 2. I was sure about my purchase and I threw my receipt and removed the tag from the pants. Later on I tried them again and I realized I didn’t like the fit. I came back to the store today to exchange it for something else. The lady in charge said she couldn’t do anything. I said I don’t want my money back I want to get something else. I felt insulted when she asked me if a wore them!!
I have bought in the past and had a wonderful experience. Our son and his wife live in Dubai and during their visit here in December they bought some items. I always try to buy local to help the businesses in town. We just moved from Kitchener a year and a half ago.
Finally the lady allows me to exchange it after looking up my account information in the computer, but I felt completely left alone in spite of being 4 or 5 staff in the store. I was practically ignored as they were more concerned unpacking the new merchandise.
I hope they give more attention and respect to a customer even if it is an exchange.
