“I had been planning for a new kitchens for years because the one I had was a galley style with no space for prep. After receiving some outrageous quotes from competitors I was so thrilled when Maybelle came back with an amount that fit our budget and allowed for the finishing touches that we have come to love. Maybelle has an amazing program so that you “see” your kitchen during the planning process. This allowed us to make some quick changes and see them in real time before the design was finalized. Despite these trying times, everything was completed exactly as planned, allowing a smooth installation for everything from the cabinets to the counter tops! I would recommend Maybelle to anyone who dreams of a new kitchen.”

I have not been there since the Stay at Home order but see that treats and coffee are available for carry out daily. Great place to grab a treat before heading to a bench to take in the beauty of the park and the serenity of the Detroit River. “replying to the post by Trevor Mulder. I know the story of this incident and it is not as he has been explained. Yes, the wrong size was ordered and it was not realized by his family member until it was partially or completely on. Interesting, since he was installing it himself. He was offered a full refund by returning the siding. He refused to removed the siding, but instead insisted on a full refund. He was offered a 5% refund on his siding order of 600$, but refused that as well. The owner of the store even went to his house to see. He continues to state there was no compensation or acknowledgement of responsibility for a wrong order, which is incorrect. He continued to return demanding a full refund and it was repeatedly stated he could have one, if he returned the siding. He had purchased other items at the store as well.”

When I accidentally overpaid for my items and left the store, I was immediately contacted that evening and asked to review my receipt. Because of the staff’s diligence with reviewing purchases when closing the till at night, this error was caught. I received my money back promptly AND they were beyond sweet to surprise me with a gift certificate on top of that, (which was not necessary, but so appreciated!). I am truly grateful and thankful to you Dawn especially, but also all the staff and owners at this Pure Nature store.”
