They are so sweet, kind, and friendly.
Great location to the main area of the town, wineries, parks and beaches.
The room was perfectly appointed, everything we needed and very private.Breakfast was delicious and everything was done to perfection(especially if you admire french cuisine)
If you're looking for a safe, super clean ,delightful place, and testy breakfast this is the one.
We would never hesitate to recommend this place!

(August 17, 2020, 7:02 am)We came to visit nearby Point Pelee and this place ended up being the highlight! (Which is saying a lot because we loved the park too.) Beautiful room, exceptional amenities, AMAZING four course breakfast... Roland and Megan clearly take pride in their business and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We can’t wait to come back!

(October 16, 2018, 7:40 am)Roland is an amazing host!! An enchanting home with all the necessary items to relax & splurge! The breakfasts are grand, delicious & Roland loves it! The room was perfect. 1 thing I'd like to mention was the bed was very very soft...sunk in. I would prefer a firmer bed but the second night I slept well.

(May 28, 2018, 10:31 am)What a wonderful place to stay. Roland was happy to accommodate the early arrival we requested and showed us around his charming house very cheerfully. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was down the hall but totally private (we had a key), clean, and had a sauna! With our set of keys it was easy to come back home late after an event, which was in walking distance at the lake. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, 5 courses and all of them very good; didn't eat for the rest of the day! Overall we had an amazing experience and will be recommending Mettawas End.

(June 22, 2017, 5:11 pm)Stayed one night in June 2017. Rolland was such a kind and wonderful host, and a talented chef. The beds were so comfortable and as other reviewers said breakfast did not disappoint! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and can't speak highly enough about the experience.
